I am an avid worm farmer and am starting to get into gardening now that I have plenty of great castings. I figured starting a blog like this one would help everyone learn a lot (including myself). I plan on doing all sorts of experiments and explain everything I know to help teach others as well as learn for myself.
How did you get started?
When I started out, I wasn’t even that interested in composting or gardening (well maybe a little). I was big on fishing however. I hated paying $5 for a dozen of limp worms that didn’t catch many fish. I figured I could do better myself. So after a bunch of research, I eventually ordered 1 lb. of European nightcrawlers. The rest is history. I now have a bazillion worms of all different sorts. It makes me feel like I am doing something good for the environment and it is just a lot of fun.
